Last Updated: September 20, 2026
HighGround Technology LLC ("HighGround," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to making the HighGround website and application easier to use for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.
This Accessibility Statement applies to:
- the HighGround marketing website at highgroundapp.com; and
- the HighGround application.
HighGround is a business-to-business Amazon advertising optimization platform.
Contents
1. Our Commitment
Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we want to build and improve HighGround.
Our current target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines ("WCAG") 2.1 Level AA. WCAG provides widely used guidance for making websites and applications more accessible to people with disabilities.
HighGround does not currently claim conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, WCAG at any other level, the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 508, or any other accessibility standard or certification.
2. Current Conformance Status
No formal accessibility audit has been performed on the HighGround marketing website or application.
As of the Last Updated date:
- no third-party accessibility assessment has been completed;
- no formal automated accessibility testing has been completed;
- no screen reader evaluation has been performed; and
- no assistive technology compatibility testing has been performed.
WCAG 2.1 Level AA is the standard HighGround is working toward, not a statement that HighGround currently meets that standard.
3. Accessibility Work Completed on the Marketing Website
The HighGround marketing website currently includes the following accessibility-related features:
- semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a proper heading hierarchy on each page;
- a "skip to content" link that becomes visible when it receives keyboard focus;
- keyboard navigation throughout the website;
- keyboard-accessible mobile navigation that traps focus while open, closes when the Escape key is pressed, and returns focus to the control that opened it;
- visible focus states for interactive elements;
- support for the user's
prefers-reduced-motionsetting; - reduced-motion behavior that disables reveal transitions, ticker movement, parallax effects, count-up animations, and other motion, while rendering scroll-driven content in its completed state;
- pages that remain readable when JavaScript is disabled;
- layouts that do not require horizontal scrolling at a viewport width of 320 pixels; and
- decorative graphics that are hidden from assistive technologies when appropriate, with the meaningful information represented in surrounding text.
4. Areas We Have Not Yet Fully Evaluated
There is still accessibility work to do.
In particular:
- no screen reader testing has been performed;
- color contrast has not been formally measured across the entire website;
- the authenticated HighGround application has not yet been evaluated separately from the marketing website; and
- compatibility with assistive technologies has not been formally tested.
5. Reporting an Accessibility Barrier
If you experience an accessibility problem, please email support@highgroundapp.com.
To help us understand and investigate the issue, please include, where possible:
- the page or screen URL;
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened or prevented you from completing the task;
- the browser and device you were using; and
- the assistive technology you were using, if relevant.
HighGround will review reported accessibility barriers and work to address them where reasonably possible.
6. Alternative Access
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from completing an important task on the HighGround website or application, email support@highgroundapp.com and tell us what you are trying to accomplish.
We will work with you to provide the information or assistance through another reasonable route where possible.
7. Ongoing Accessibility Work
Accessibility is not treated as a one-time project.
As HighGround evolves, we intend to continue reviewing the website and application, addressing identified barriers, and improving accessibility as part of ongoing product development.
This Accessibility Statement will be updated as formal testing is performed and as accessibility improvements are made.
