Getting started
You do not need us for this. Authorize Seller Central or Vendor Central and your Amazon Ads account, pick your automation mode, and the platform starts working. No onboarding call, no implementation fee, no setup period.
When to email us
Something is not working the way it should. A question the help center does not answer. An account shape we have not thought about, like an unusual catalog structure or a marketplace question. Agency or partner conversations.
Write to support@highgroundapp.com. Tell us what you are trying to do and we will tell you plainly whether HighGround does it.
What we will not do
Put you in a nurture sequence. Send you a calendar link when you asked a yes or no question. Pretend a feature exists when it does not.
